Welcome to TRANSCEND.

You are ready to start walking in your power, living in the fullest expression of your self, and aligning your Core Voice with your Core Contribution. So many people hesitate in this moment choosing not to invest in themselves. This action you are taking now is a show of faith in yourself that proves you are on your way. Start preparing for our time together by building in some space for silence and stillness in your week. Ideally, find a time to be in nature, proximity to water, trees, or simply fresh air and a view of the sky. This will be a key aspect of cultivating your inner resources for the work ahead. Keep this contemplative time and space separate from your fitness goals. Stillness is the distinction we want to allow for yourself and the mediations you will want to give space to during the program.
